You should receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Within 1-2 business days you should receive an additional email with your shipping confirmation and your tracking details. If you do not receive these emails, please contact us so we can assist you.

Once your order is placed the address is fixed. To alter the shipping address or adjust your order you would need to contact us via email to make any changes. Or we may ask you to cancel and re-place your order if necessary. We cannot add items to your order but we can remove them. We cannot change the delivery address once the order is processed.

Currently we only ship to the continental United States, Canada, and Hawaii.

Coscom typically ships within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. We ship ground shipping via USPS for standard orders, larger volume orders may take longer to prepare. USPS ground shipping is typically 3-5 business days. From the date you place your order, your package should take about 5-10 business days to arrive.
