Shipping policy

 

  • We normally ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. (Processing times can be delayed when handling large order volumes)
  • We use a variety of shipping companies to ship. (Primarily USPS for standard orders)
  • We are NOT responsible for shipping times/delays once a product has left our facility as we do not have control or influence over shipping carriers delivery estimates or delays. 
  • Delivery times will vary within regions in the US and may also be affected by weather conditions. 
  • We ship our products within the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii only.
  • Tracking numbers are updated daily once your order has been picked up by the shipping service.
  • Customers are responsible for all appropriate sales taxes.
  • Aerosol cans and all Barge cement products must be shipped via ground transportation and will be shipped separately from your other items if necessary.
  • Cosflex and Flexbond are prone to freezing during winter months. Pease make sure you are there to receive it and it is not sitting out in the cold. 
  • Refunds or returns will not be accepted beyond 15 days after delivery.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages if we have a confirmation of delivery.
